1) How long does it take for my commission to be finished?
It depends on the project! A clothing item could take weeks or months, depending on the workload, while stuffed animals and smaller items can have a week turnaround.For the most part, I make orders as I receive them. The best thing to do if you need something for a specific date is to email me first!
2)Where on earth is my order???
If it doesn't have *READY TO SHIP* in the option you chose, unfortunately, it isn't made yet! This is a one-woman shop, your patience is greatly appreciated. ^_^ When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
3) I don't see -item-. Can I ask for a custom order?
Unfortunately, I will not always be taking custom orders. Certain items will have a 'custom' option, but it pertains to that item. I will have a "Customs Are Open" listing on the site and will post to my social media and in the announcements when it is active (i.e. customs are open). Keep your eyes peeled!
4)Do you ship to (country)?
Shipping is available for the U.S. and U.S. territories. Shoot me an email if you're further than that, I'll check for you!
5) What kind of yarn do you use?
Acrylic, mostly! But I will use cotton and wool blends.
6)How often do you change the stock in your store?
At least once a season (every 3 months or so). May be "seasonally-appropriate" stock. Maybe not. ""\(^_^)/""

ONLY if it says 'BWAB original'. Otherwise, the pattern link is tagged. <3
8) I saw -item- on the internet. Can you recreate this for me?
Depends on what it is. Some artists have patterns of their designs available online. I am more than happy to buy one and make it for you! ^_^ But if the artist has asked for their work not to be recreated, I will not be doing so. We can discuss creating something similar, but not exact.
9) Do you *really* read your emails?
Yes, I do! Right after I get home from my "people" job. ^_^
